The Trust is registered with the Master of the High Court and has met the requirements of a public benefit organisation as set out in the Income Tax Act. It has also been approved for the purposes of Section 18A (1) (a) of the Income Tax Act and donations to the Trust will be tax deductible in the hands of donor.
